Sonali Paper & Board mills limited (SPBML) is a one of the major concerns of Younus Group of Industries. The Company was incorporated in Bangladesh in 1977 under companies Act, 1913 & 1994 as a public limited company. The present owner took over all the shares of the company in 2006. Before that the company was out of operation for a long time. After taking over the charge the management brought the company into operation in March 11, 2007, by injecting new fund and efforts. Its principal activities are manufacturing of Media, Liner, Simplex, Duplex paper Board and Quality (news print & white news) Papers. The registered office of the Company is located at 51, Central Road, Dhanmondi, Dhaka -1205. The industrial units are situated at Jatramura, Tarabo, Rupganj, Narayanganj.
